Loved Darius back when he was Hootie.. Then saw him last year on the road with Rascal Flatts and fell in love with his music all over again! His voice is amazing.. love that he is a country boy now!!

Hoody and the Blowfish AKA Darius Rucker..That is how long i have known him haha..I listened to Darius way back then and followed him in Country Music which he is Awesome..I seen him in concert a few years back and he was gr8, he puts on an awesome show and i like ALL of his songs and i would LUV to win this cd of his..:)

My husband and I have been fans of his since his days with Hootie & The Blowfish. I think he sounds even better now. My favorite songs of his are Don't think i don't think about it and It won't be like this for long. I love his voice and the lyrics it just all flows together so well. I'm glad he went country!

ReplyDeleteAll of his songs are so heartfelt. Some of his songs I can even correlate with my own life. One of my favorites though of his songs is "History in the Making" because I feel it represents how love can continue to grow between people of any age. A4wheelergirl@tampabay.rr.com
ReplyDeleteI have an all new appreciation for Darius and his music. I've always liked him even before crossing over to country and after seeing him in concert on the H20 tour I enjoy him that much more. He is so passionate about his music plus he enjoys performing. He gets up there and has fun. His songs are something of value that you can apply to your own life. His music is really inspiring and he sings it very very well.

He gets up there with his ballcap and puts on a great show. His songs are all great, I always turn it up when they come on the radio. I can't wait to hear more new music from him.

When I first became aware of Darius Rucker, was when I watched the CMA Awards for 2009. I love the way he express his feelings, how he gets us to believe and agree with what he has to say. His music is incredible, and lyrics wonderful. I really enjoy listening to him.

Darius has great energy on stage!! And of course that smooth voice!! with range, and a distinct sound. Darius is also an excellent song writer. Totally one-of-a-kind artist!! Nothing more needs to be stated.

Darius has done the music world a fabulous thing by switching to country. dont get me wrong... i had the hootie cds too... I am hoping to have tickets to see him with Brad & Jaron in January. He is one of the few of what i consider my favs that I have not seen yet. I would love a copy of his new CD.
